We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all CalmShift subscriptions sold by Xcellent Innovators, LLC. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• contact our support team at support@calmshift.today.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. After cancelling a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy.
